If you really, really need a graphics card and have absolutely no money, I suppose this is fine. If not, there's no reason to ever buy one of these.

Good for daily use, not for heavy gaming. Even leisurely games get slow, 1GB of shared 1600MHz DDR3 does not alleviate the issues.
