this good driver card and has good price

I despise 2 things about this card. 1. It's literally the same performance as the 550 Ti. 2. The cheapest 650 as of the time i'm typing this is $65. You can get a 580 or a 570 for just below or above that price and get TWICE the performance. Now THAT SAID, $112 to $250 for the same performance is pretty good.

Budget Gamer / Entry Level GPU . best Choice

Poor

I have a GTX 650 in my low budget PC that I'm slowly upgrading (just the GPU now!). I have a lower resolution monitor but even I have trouble using this thing for much. As much as I have a strange fondness for my lil' GTX 650 just putting along, you really don't want to buy a GTX 650 for modern-day gaming. And if you want a low end graphics card just to play some much older or just far less intensive games then you may aswell try and get a GTX 750 or 750-Ti (look around a bit) for only a little bit more. (In the U.K. used as of 2019. GTX 650: ~£25 - 30; GTX 750: ~£35 - 40; GTX 750-Ti: ~£45 - £50).
