I have this one, and it's more than enought in my Opinion

Excellent

Served me well for 4 years before upgrading for performance, this clunker still works. Reliable but very outdated. Plays older games smoothly but new titles only work on potato settings. For entry level/budget builds I recommend getting the more recent RX 560 or GTX 1050.

this good driver card and has good price

I despise 2 things about this card. 1. It's literally the same performance as the 550 Ti. 2. The cheapest 650 as of the time i'm typing this is $65. You can get a 580 or a 570 for just below or above that price and get TWICE the performance. Now THAT SAID, $112 to $250 for the same performance is pretty good.

Budget Gamer / Entry Level GPU . best Choice

Not really an expert, but here's my take on it: For anyone wanting to build a modern PC for modern titles the GTX 650 is very far behind. For those wanting to play newer 3D indie games and several year old bigger games this card is low-end and usually requires lower settings to play at somewhere below 60FPS on a 1680x1050 monitor. Probably going to be obsolete some time due to drivers, but for things like WoW it should be good except for being so old. I highly recommend against buying now as even integrated CPU graphics of a couple years ago can surpass it such as the RX Vega 8 or better in AMD Ryzen APU's and the price could be best spent for a more modern card.
