The GTX 780 Ti was Nvidia's best GPU from 2013. I own this card, it still is pretty well in terms of performance. It came with 3 GB VRAM, so let's compare it to the 1060-3GB. The 780 Ti is 7% faster. But the 1060 is far more efficient. Comparing something like the 1080 Ti or 2080 Ti shows that it is a lot slower, but it still packs a punch to beat Nvidia's best budget GPU, the 1060-3GB. Comparing it to the 1660 results in much higher performance differences, as it is quite a bit faster, the 1660 Ti on the other hand almost beats a 980 Ti! So comparing a 300$ GPU to a 600$ GPU, kinda is insane that a budget modern card can almost outperform Nvidia's 2015 flagship, the GTX 980 Ti.
