For such an old GPU, it still rocks most of the games at a playable framerate. Surely is a nice budget gpu choice

Great used GPU if you're on a budget. Can handle newer games with a playable FPS

7850 (my model is MSY Power Edition OC 2GB) is e best GPU ever for overclock. This reference card comes with a 860mhz (my comes with 950 mhz) but in general overclocks to almost 1200. Im my case and becouse my card have triple overvoltage, i manege to aquieve 1290 Mhz with 1.265v and 1475 on the memory chips. That's a 50% overclock, a 430 mhz boost + 275 mhz on memory. Not even the king GTX 980 Ti do better! In comparsion, the performance boosts between 25 and 40% in the best cases, outperforming the R9 270X and in most cases the GTX760 and almost matching 7950/ R9 280 performance which is 2 levels above. In this Bench i put the clock at the max official OC 1050/1450 and results in a little higher than newer R7 370 (1000/1400).

it used to be an amazing budget entry-level option , but nowadays , the integrated graphics of more modern cpus are just better and cheaper than getting a entry-level gpu.

I have 3 GPU 7850 (No in Crossfire) This series is great, small gpu but strong.... No much energy hungry and decent power for decent money Some new generation use HD7000 chip because is good (R7 etc. )

This is a gpu, which in 2020, holds up and is overclockable to the point where it’s an hd 7870 or even up to r9 270/x and beyond territory.

I respect this video card for introducing me to games in 2013. Thanks for the laggy watchdogs. But also thanks for all the games that I played until 2016 with more or less comfort. rest in peace

Was a great card for me for 7 years. Still plays most of my games. Upgrading to a top end card and hopefully it last me as long as this one did : )
