Performs the same as a RTX 3060 Ti on benchmark but that doesnt transfer to gaming, you can game at 1080p with max settings with nearly all the games i played (The exception being Cyberpunk 2077 with rtx ultra and dlss off) I have the max-p version so your version might differ but i think this card performs pretty well considering its a laptop card.
If you are planning on buying a ge66, be ready for the fan noise it wont be quiet.
Tests done with:
i7-10870h
32GB 3200mhz DDR4 ram
1Tb nvm-e m.2 ssd
RTX 3070 130W TDP
-80mv undervolt on cpu
iGPU off
1080p max settings
Max fan RPM no thermal throttling (fluctuated around 1575mhz-2100mhz Base Clock is 1620mhz. CPU was thermal throttling at first then i undervolted it and that solved the problem)
Benchmarks (Average FPS);
Witcher 3 : 90 fps
GTA 5: 130 fps
GTA Online: 70 fps (might be because of my internet connection)
Forza Horizon 4 (Steam): 100 fps
Yakuza Kiwami 2 (1440p): 70 fps
Minecraft RTX: 130 fps
Valorant: Fluctuates between 280-300 fps on different maps
Cyberpunk 2077: 50 fps (Its still very playable)

The new GTX Titan X is based on the same Maxwell architecture as its market leading sibling, the GTX 980. In terms of specs the Titan X is basically one and a half GTX 980s with 50% more CUDA cores, 50% more texture units and 50% more transistors. Comparing the performance profiles of the GTX 980 and Titan X shows that the Titan X leads by 36% which is broadly proportional to its improved hardware specs. With performance up by 36% and prices up by nearly 100% the Titan X is a hard sell from a value perspective. Two GTX 980s cost roughly the same as one Titan X and in SLI outperform a single Titan X by around 50%. The Titan X obviously isn't aimed at value conscious buyers but if you are in the market for the fastest single consumer graphics card money can buy, then the Titan X will hit the spot perfectly.
