Based on 645,160 user benchmarks.  Devices: 10DE 1F08, 10DE 1E89 Model: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

The 6GB RTX 2060 is the latest addition to Nvidia’s RTX series of graphics card which are based on their Turing architecture. Turing features AI enhanced graphics and real time ray tracing which is intended to eventually deliver a more realistic gaming experience. The 2060 has 1920 CUDA cores and 336GB/s of GDRR6 memory bandwidth. With a launch price of $350 for the Founders Edition, the 2060 offered the best value for money amongst the RTX range and somewhat redeemed Nvidia from their earlier RTX releases (2070, 2080, 2080 Ti) which were unrealistically priced. The RTX 2060 also features Turing NVENC which is far more efficient than CPU encoding and alleviates the need for casual streamers to use a dedicated stream PC. The 2060 is capable of delivering 100+ EFps in almost all of today’s popular games at 1080p with maximum details. This should more than satisfy the majority of 1080p gamers including those who play at 144Hz. Rapidly diminishing returns lie beyond the 2060’s price point of $325 and they are not worth it for the majority of gamers that play at or below 1080p. For gamers that play at 1440p the next step up would be to the $400 2060S[Nov '19 GPUPro]

I love this graphics card. It is phenomenal-it destroys almost every game I throw at it at 1080p high settings. This card is probably the best purchase in my whole system due to the fact I got it before COVID started. I purchased it off Amazon for $350 and I am glad of every single penny I put into it. I always get at least 80 FPS on all games. The only exception is grand theft auto V. Besides that, I get 100+ FPS.—Jan '21

Been running the MSI Gaming Z and it has crushed every game I've thrown at it even with RTX set to high and the rest to ultra (Metro Exodus) so if you're looking for an upgrade but don't want to spend too much money I highly recommend this card.

i have RTX 2060 Rog Strix oc gaming overclocked version and its perfect card for kind of good value too. With 3fans on top of it its the best 2060rtx card on the market and you can easily overclock this bad boy with no problem at all. Those 3fans on top of it really making hella work and they are silent af. I recommend ! i had benches simillar to 2070. When i overclocked that card i had bench between 2070 and 2070s so im loving it!—Dec '20

I think it has too low ram amounts it should have at least 8 when it so slow ram compared to the new series but then again the new series is really much better than this

Still can be used today at 1080p, Looking at recent game releases you might not even need to upgrade. 6Gb is still usable for a 60fps + experience

One of the entry-level RTX GPUs (mid-high end relative to other GPU). Would be capable of raytracing at 1080p but has to enable DLSS or reduce setting to achieve optimal framerates. Suggested buying AMD RX 5700 even despite lack of ray tracing as the referred GPU is slightly more powerful yet priced similarly plus 2GB more GDDR6 VRAM or even RTX 2060S SUPER instead.

the best value for price gpu out there

Excellent

At this price to be considered new entry level to high-tier. Performs like one too, better than a 1070ti (which costs more) not to mention the new DLSS technology and Ray Tracing features present only in RTX Turing cards. Ideal for high framerate gaming at 1080p or 60+ fps at 1440p maxed out all around. 4k is in the 30s at max settings, possible 60+ if willing to drop some settings. Best price to performance this gen. Founders Edition seems good but hard to do maintenance on. I would recommend an aftermarket from Evga, Zotac, Gigabyte or Asus (not in that order specifically).

Excellent

I think its one of the best price per performance gpu's currently in the market right now.

Excellent

Best GPU out for money and performance, forget the "no games have raytacing" comments, subtract the ray tracing and your playing medium to high-ish settings @ 1440p for 350$.. you do the math and tell me what other GPU does that? im playing battlefield V, the divison, Madden 19, NHL 19, and GTA V at the moment (not at the same time obviously) and im well into the 100 fps at 1440p, and getting 50-60 FPS at 4k on all but one of those games at decent enough detail level to look sick and the other im getting 56 at ultra detail 4k settings. "the 1660 GTX is a budget GPU with good performance and its cheaper" is what some argue, check the benchmarks between the 1660 and 2060 RTX and see how bad it gets blown out the water, Linus, Steve, and Gamers nexus all say its a better buy. So I went with it and glad I did. my friends 1660 does not even compare!

Excellent

It's way better than 1060 and deserves more credit. Most people instantly go for the familiar 1060 while the RTX 2060 is much better and deserves a better chance. For many laptops, it is only a different of around $100 and is certainly worth it.

After using a 970 forever this card has a massive difference in quality (obviously), and was well worth the upgrade, the only thing holding this card back from a 5 star would be because of how much ray tracing effects it's performance.
