Based on 317,432 user benchmarks.  Devices: 10DE 1E84, 10DE 1EC7 Model: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

The RTX 2070 Super replaces the RTX 2070 in Nvidia’s line-up of ray-tracing high performance GPUs, yielding around a 10% performance improvement at the same $500 USD price point. The 2070 Super has been upgraded to use the same GPU die as in the RTX 2080, and now has 2560 CUDA cores, up from 2304 in the 2070. It has a base and boost clock speed of 1605 and 1770 MHz respectively and a 215 W power draw compared to the 185 W per the original 2070. The RTX 2070S also features Turing NVENC which is far more efficient than CPU encoding and alleviates the need for casual streamers to use a dedicated stream PC. The launch of the RTX 2070 Super comes at an exciting time for those in the market for a new graphics card, who can also choose from AMD’s latest first generation RDNA RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT. Some swift maneuvering on price by AMD prior to launch date means that the RX 5700 XT is currently $100 USD cheaper than the 2070 Super. An RTX 2060 Super has also been launched. Also, an RTX 2080 Super is set for launch in the near future which will replace the 2080 offering at the $700 price point. [Jul '19 GPUPro]

Ordered 2070s over 5700xt and that why: - In my country difference between prices of this GPU's is less than 14%, so profit in fps/$ less than 5%. - Besides it u getting Race-tracing and other useless things like gsync if u have already the monitor with it. But main reason not in it. - Main reason is that 2070s require less power, it's means less PSU, cooler gpu and overclocking potential. - And during the exploitation u will pay less for electricity bills, that eventually u will payoff this difference in price. (of course if u are not a kid and care about paybills) So in general 2070 super JUST BETTER.

A graphics card with more power than the 1080Ti, for less price. Aaand the best is, it has RTX support. I think in the high-end gaming market, this is the best value for the price.

Good

If you can't afford an RTX2080Ti or Super, this is definitely the best option. Super solid. If you really are limited budget-wise but want a high-end PC you can get RX5700-XT for a bit less (price&performance)

Okay... So, which RTX 2070 Super is the one we should be paying attention to? Currently, it seems the "unofficial" one has more results. UserBenchmark needs to get this sorted out.

Good

It's good value for money considering it's about the same performance as a 2080 for the price of a 2070.

Good

It is a powerful card, I'll give Nvidia that. However, the price seems to be a bit unjust and would steer away from it a bit. If they lower the prices for it (which they probably will), I would recommend this over the RX 5700XT

The ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER AMP has an outstanding performance in comparison to other models. It get's 118% on stock which is already 5% above average and I can go up to 126% by overclocking with the Zotac Firestorm Software.

I have one and the graphics is just so smooth and I still get 250+ frames per second in Valorant with setting on high. I can move so smoothly and it just makes it easier and more fun.

this overclocked is better than a 1080ti stock and i love it. really happy with the price i paid for it

Terrible

Irrelevant card...Struggles at 4k and is overkill at this point for 2k and down. First Gen RT card is a bad play. For 2k and lower 2060/1660ti or 5700/Vega 56 is all that is needed. Save your $$$ and get the next gen stuff.

Excellent

Best value/performance offering at present - ie 2019-10-11. +105% increase on GTX 1070, while RTX 2080S does not offer the same performance uplift compared to GTX 1080. Best choice until the RTX 2080 Ti drops to a more reasonable price - 1300 pounds is simply too expensive for what it is!

Poor

Just a downgraded 2080. The 2080 super is just a 1080ti with RTX. Almost all of the RTX line disappoints me.

My MSI 2070S Ventus OC hits near 53c in a hot environment while OCed to +2 core voltage, +112 Core Clock, + 1364 Memclock in MSI afterburner. I get between a 120% and 124% on my system in Userbench! Insane performance in games at 2k (have not got a 4k monitor, yet). I am trying to get to 126% for a world record.

Works great ! Awesome upgrade ... 8GB of GDDR6 RAM is never fully used even while streaming (paired with my i7 9700k) compared to my GTX 1050 I had (with only 2GB of GDDR5 RAM) paired with an i5 8400 before this.. amazing
