I like my laptop with the RTX 3060, sadly the problem with such a piece of graphics card. Is the fact you are severely bottlenecked, if the CPU doesn't keep up which is the case with my computer. Limiting its potential, plus its upgradability. Otherwise it runs most games, although some at max fan settings. Due to the amount of heat generated

It isn't what you WOULD expect for a 3060 but it is a laptop version sooo.

Decent GPU for mid-range laptops, Don't let the average benchmarks fool you as there is a wide variety of wattages for this GPU. It might perform great or below expectations depending on the model of the laptop.

Wide range of scores because of varied MaxQ implentation. Runs cool and fast with strong benchmarks.

Since Laptops arent really affected by the increase in gpu prices you can get rtx performance for a good deal if you buy one of the current mid range gaming laptops with one of these gpus in it

Excellent

Super great price and provides enough performance to run most games on high/ultra with 100+ frames. Can also easily deliver 165 fps on medium or competitive games.

Good

A good, dedicated laptop GPU, a bit old but it does its job well. It can run a lot of games in medium settings at 60 avg fps which is good for a beginner spec laptop GPU. The fact that it has 6GB of GDDR6 RAM makes it a good starting point to play games on a laptop. Compromises? Many, but not too many as to make your gaming experience unbearable. It even has an okay power draw. For gaming, good, for productivity? You'll need a bigger boat, but even this is an okay starting point. Definitely better than other laptop options, being very low end or having low RAM (3050ti with 4GB is unacceptable in 2023 for gaming) Don't expect desktop performance on a laptop and you'll have tons of fun. Downside? I guess it isn't potent enough? To keep a low price point though, and being a great card for mid range low profile gaming laptops, its great!

Excellent

It is a really good GPU to use right now, and it hits high FPS in most games at high graphics.
