A good budget card, but the 1650S is better and consumes less as in Nvidia fashion.

This GPU comes with 1408 stream processors which is clocked at 1670MHz and can boost up to 1845MHz on stock setting, also comes with 4GB of GDDR6 VRAM with 128 bit bus width. This GPU score 58.1% on GPU benchmark which is on par with AMD RX 580 and Nvidia GTX 1650 SUPER but below AMD RX 590 and Nvidia GTX 1660 and GTX 1660 SUPER. This GPU costs $160 which is same as the pricing of GTX 1650 SUPER but this GPU requires a bigger wattage PSU as this GPU consumes 150W compared to GTX 1650 SUPER which is 100W.

Comment  gpu.userbenchmark.com/...

AMD RX 5500, when compared with Nvidia GTX 1650 SUPER their performance is nearly identical and both comes with 4GB of GDDR6 VRAM with 128 bit bus width. Their pricing is nearly identical too!

Comment  gpu.userbenchmark.com/...

Comparison against the AMD's own RX 580 which is currently sold at same price as AMD RX 5500, this GPU outperformed the RX 580 while requiring 35W less power to run but amount of VRAM is half of the full fat RX 580.
